With Pâtisserie Michaud, a pioneer in fundraising campaigns in Quebec, you can raise more money per product than with most other fundraising methods.
Three products are offered for the 2026 Christmas fundraising campaign: Fudge Log, Maple Fudge Log and Fudge & Maple Log (Marto).
Pricing varies according to your selected fulfillment method:
• $21.00 (delivered price)
• $18.00 (pickup price at the Quebec warehouse: 1520 Avenue des Affaires, Québec, QC G3J 1Y8)
Applicable taxes may apply. Any fees related to special requirements will be confirmed before pickup or delivery.
We recommend selling the logs for $26.00 each in order to maximize your profits. Beyond this price point, sales volume may decrease. However, you remain free to set your own selling price.
When registering, please carefully select your selling price and your preferred fulfillment method (delivery or pickup).
Once your registration is confirmed, no changes can be made.
Take advantage of our volume discounts on Christmas Log orders.
• 4 pallets or more (168 cases / 1,008 logs): $1.00 discount per log
• 10 pallets or more (420 cases / 2,520 logs): $2.00 discount per log
Discounts are applied automatically based on the total quantity ordered.
To participate in the fundraising campaign, you commit to selling a minimum quantity of logs. The required quantity depends on the fulfillment method selected.
Delivery:
• Organization: minimum 504 logs (84 cases – 2 pallets)
Pickup at the Quebec warehouse:
• Minimum 96 logs (16 cases)
Each case contains 6 logs of the same flavour.
Flavours cannot be mixed within the same case.
Logs are therefore sold by the case, in multiples of 6.
This allows us to ensure safe transportation and avoid damage caused by incomplete cases.
Your sales period ends according to the pickup date selected through the booking calendar:
• 5 business days before your pickup date (https://cal.com/patisseriemichaud/cueillette-quebec-cdf-2026)
• 14 business days before your delivery date (delivery details to be confirmed)
This information is available on your dashboard.
Rest assured! Every accepted payment method is verified by Stripe, a globally recognized secure payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment if fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
You will receive the final payment from your campaign by cheque only, either on the day of pickup or within 48 to 72 hours if you selected delivery.
It is your responsibility to:
• Verify the information to ensure that the cheque:
– is issued to the correct recipient (individual or organization)
– is mailed to the correct address
As these details cannot be modified once the campaign has begun.
Certain fees may be deducted from your profits:
• Unreturned CHEP blue pallets
• Incomplete cases: you will be charged for the full case, as we cannot sell individual logs

During registration, you must select how you wish to receive your products.
Two options are available: pickup or delivery.
Pickup at the Quebec warehouse (1520 Avenue des Affaires, Québec, QC G3J 1Y8) is available on the following dates:
• November 28, 2026
• December 5 and 6, 2026
• December 12 and 13, 2026
• December 19, 2026
A calendar link will be provided to reserve your pickup time slot.
If you choose delivery, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.
Only the delivery day will be communicated. Deliveries are scheduled according to the carrier’s route and weather conditions. (Information subject to confirmation)
Conditions:
• No deliveries to residential addresses
• Delivery only to commercial locations accessible by truck (Province of Quebec only)
• No deliveries to Ontario
• Products are delivered on pallets
CHEP blue pallets must be returned to the carrier or to the Pâtisserie Michaud facility within 72 hours. Any pallet not returned will be charged at $50.00 + taxes per pallet.
All products are delivered FROZEN.
They must remain in a freezer until distribution.
Pâtisserie Michaud is not responsible for delivering products to your customers.
It is the responsibility of the organization to:
• Plan distribution
• Contact customers
• Distribute products
Distribution of products from our Quebec warehouse (1520 Avenue des Affaires, Québec, QC G3J 1Y8) is strictly prohibited.
A booking calendar will be available for pickups and possibly for deliveries.
