PRODUCTS AND PRICING<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With P\u00e2tisserie Michaud, a pioneer in fundraising campaigns in Quebec, you can raise more money per product than with most other fundraising methods.<\/p>\n

Three products are offered for the 2026 Christmas fundraising campaign: Fudge Log, Maple Fudge Log and Fudge & Maple Log (Marto).<\/p>\n

Pricing varies according to your selected fulfillment method:<\/p>\n

\u2022 $21.00 (delivered price)
\n\u2022 $18.00 (pickup price at the Quebec warehouse: 1520 Avenue des Affaires, Qu\u00e9bec, QC G3J 1Y8)<\/p>\n

Applicable taxes may apply. Any fees related to special requirements will be confirmed before pickup or delivery.<\/p>\n

We recommend selling the logs for $26.00 each in order to maximize your profits. Beyond this price point, sales volume may decrease. However, you remain free to set your own selling price.<\/p>\n

When registering, please carefully select your selling price and your preferred fulfillment method (delivery or pickup).<\/p>\n

Once your registration is confirmed, no changes can be made.<\/p>\n

VOLUME DISCOUNTS<\/h2>\n

Take advantage of our volume discounts on Christmas Log orders.<\/p>\n

\u2022 4 pallets or more (168 cases \/ 1,008 logs): $1.00 discount per log
\n\u2022 10 pallets or more (420 cases \/ 2,520 logs): $2.00 discount per log<\/p>\n

Discounts are applied automatically based on the total quantity ordered.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM QUANTITY<\/h2>\n

To participate in the fundraising campaign, you commit to selling a minimum quantity of logs. The required quantity depends on the fulfillment method selected.<\/p>\n

Delivery:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Organization: minimum 504 logs (84 cases \u2013 2 pallets)<\/p>\n

Pickup at the Quebec warehouse:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum 96 logs (16 cases)<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CASES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Each case contains 6 logs of the same flavour.<\/p>\n

Flavours cannot be mixed within the same case.<\/p>\n

Logs are therefore sold by the case, in multiples of 6.<\/p>\n

This allows us to ensure safe transportation and avoid damage caused by incomplete cases.<\/p>\n

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY<\/h2>\n

Your sales period ends according to the pickup date selected through the booking calendar:<\/p>\n

\u2022 5 business days before your pickup date (https:\/\/cal.com\/patisseriemichaud\/cueillette-quebec-cdf-2026)
\n\u2022 14 business days before your delivery date (delivery details to be confirmed)<\/p>\n

This information is available on your dashboard.<\/p>\n

FRAUD PREVENTION<\/h2>\n

Rest assured! Every accepted payment method is verified by Stripe, a globally recognized secure payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment if fraud or illegal activity is suspected.<\/p>\n

FINAL PAYMENT<\/h2>\n

You will receive the final payment from your campaign by cheque only, either on the day of pickup or within 48 to 72 hours if you selected delivery.<\/p>\n

It is your responsibility to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Verify the information to ensure that the cheque:<\/p>\n

\u2013 is issued to the correct recipient (individual or organization)<\/p>\n

\u2013 is mailed to the correct address<\/p>\n

As these details cannot be modified once the campaign has begun.<\/p>\n

Certain fees may be deducted from your profits:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Unreturned CHEP blue pallets
\n\u2022 Incomplete cases: you will be charged for the full case, as we cannot sell individual logs<\/p>\n

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS<\/h2>\n

Please monitor your email regularly.<\/p>\n

Our automated system will send important information regarding your ongoing campaign.<\/p>\n

CONSENT TO NEWSLETTERS, EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND DATA ACCESS<\/h2>\n

By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to receiving communications from P\u00e2tisserie Michaud.<\/p>\n

You may unsubscribe at any time.<\/p>\n

ORDER PICKUP OR DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

During registration, you must select how you wish to receive your products.<\/p>\n

Two options are available: pickup or delivery.<\/p>\n

PICKUP<\/h2>\n

Pickup at the Quebec warehouse (1520 Avenue des Affaires, Qu\u00e9bec, QC G3J 1Y8) is available on the following dates:<\/p>\n

\u2022 November 28, 2026
\n\u2022 December 5 and 6, 2026
\n\u2022 December 12 and 13, 2026
\n\u2022 December 19, 2026<\/p>\n

A calendar link will be provided to reserve your pickup time slot.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

If you choose delivery, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.<\/p>\n

Only the delivery day will be communicated. Deliveries are scheduled according to the carrier’s route and weather conditions. (Information subject to confirmation)<\/p>\n

Conditions:<\/p>\n

\u2022 No deliveries to residential addresses
\n\u2022 Delivery only to commercial locations accessible by truck (Province of Quebec only)
\n\u2022 No deliveries to Ontario
\n\u2022 Products are delivered on pallets<\/p>\n

PALLETS<\/h2>\n

CHEP blue pallets must be returned to the carrier or to the P\u00e2tisserie Michaud facility within 72 hours. Any pallet not returned will be charged at $50.00 + taxes per pallet.<\/p>\n

PRODUCT STORAGE<\/h2>\n

All products are delivered FROZEN.<\/p>\n

They must remain in a freezer until distribution.<\/p>\n

DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS<\/h2>\n

P\u00e2tisserie Michaud is not responsible for delivering products to your customers.<\/p>\n

It is the responsibility of the organization to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Plan distribution
\n\u2022 Contact customers
\n\u2022 Distribute products<\/p>\n

Distribution of products from our Quebec warehouse (1520 Avenue des Affaires, Qu\u00e9bec, QC G3J 1Y8) is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n
