Under the supervision of the production director, the team leader ensures the proper functioning of his production line. He ensures that nothing is missing on the line and ensures that the quality of the products is respected. He is responsible for team rotation and ensures that the work and production schedule is respected. He supervises with the aim of limiting predictable shutdowns.

Since its beginnings in 1983, Pâtisserie Michaud’s mission is to create desserts that remind us of childhood in all its joy, pleasure and comfort. At 3 months: You complete the various reports related to your role (mastery of the MRP). You ensure that your teammates progress according to their training plan. You raise awareness among your work team to perform quality work while respecting the production schedule.
At 6 months: You know and master hygiene and food safety standards (SQF). You contribute to improving the working methods of your department.
