At 3 months: You know the vast majority of assembly and finishing line tasks. You know 50% of finished product codes and you are able to properly operate and clean equipment.
At 6 months: You know and master hygiene and food safety standards (SQF), you master assembly and finishing line tasks and you know all finished product codes.
