Our Story…
"Jean Paul and Colette Michaud established our family business in 1983. . They called their small artisan pastry shop in St-Émile, Quebec, Pâtisserie du Village. My parents sold oven-fresh home-made pastries, pies and hand-kneaded bread that they made in the early morning hours. They had a great passion for their work that I would soon share with them and other family members by getting involved in all aspects of the company.

rapidly expanded our company and started to distribute
our products in supermarkets throughout Quebec. Due
to our ever-increasing success and word of mouth,
our quaint pastry shop became too cramped, which prompted
us to move into a larger building to better meet the
growing demand for our products.
Combining our loyal team's know-how
with the latest technology, we strive each and every
day to improve and perfect our products through
research and development. We adhere to the most
stringent quality-control standards at each stage
of production.
